Culinary delight

The appreciation of guests of Quinta de Cerca for the well looked after and varied world cuisine is unanimous. There’s always a dish of the day, buffet or self-service based. If the menu includes meat or fish, you can ask for a vegetarian alternative too. Each day a wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits are available. They are organically home-grown, which ensures honest, delicious meals

Breakfast

Every morning you can enjoy a lavish breakfastbetween 8.30 and 10.30, with bread rolls straight from the baker’s oven, accompanied by cheese and cold cuts, home-made jam (blackberry, raspberry, kumquat and citrus fruit, …) and “home-laid” eggs. To make it complete, there’s granola and fruit, and fresh coffee and tea.

Every dinner is a party

Three times a week all guests can gather around 8:30 p.m. for a sturdy and sociable dinner under the giant australia tree. It is also possible to eat on the covered terrace and on colder days outside the high season the heated hall will open.

Sunday Fish day

Every Sunday we have grilled sardines available (upon request), that are bought fresh from the morning market in Tábua.

On rest days and between your outings, you can expect a hearty lunch upon request around 13.30.
